With dozens (if not hundreds) of stores, restaurants, and shopping destinations within feet, not miles, of San Tropez, you don’t even need to know your own lifestyle for us to say: we’ve got something that can fit yours. Prime location and quick access to Highway 41 means that whether you’re heading just east to Cal State Fresno or you’ve got a daily Kaiser Permanente or south to Community Regional Medical Center, you don’t need to choose whether you live where you work or where you play, because we’ve got you covered for both.

With a location like ours, you might think you’d need to sacrifice community amenities, but San Tropez has got you covered both inside and outside our controlled access gates. Club-style amenities like a private pool & fitness center for residents and guests makes sure you don’t need to travel far to get in a workout and tanning session. If our gym doesn’t quite suit your needs, however, that’s not to worry! There’s a Planet Fitness just east, and several additional gym options to choose from.

Inside your 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartment home, we’ve leaned into styling with natural materials such as wood-style vinyl plank flooring, beautiful stone granite counters, and Scandinavian modern inspired blonde wood cabinets to offer the ideal backdrop for your personal taste. For the fashion-minded among us, our 2-bedroom apartments come with massive wraparound closets to fit those Fashion Mall excursions, and each of our apartments comes standard with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove that offers heat control unmatched by its glass-topped counterparts. There’s never been a better time to become a part of our community, because we’re updating all of our lighting and restoring our showers and bathtubs for each new move-in.

Pet Policy

Looking for a place where you and your furry companion can thrive? San Tropez is the perfect spot. We're pet-friendly and ready to welcome your four-legged family member. We permit a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. Dogs and cats must weigh 35 pounds or less. We want your pet to feel welcome and appreciated, so there is no additional pet fee required at our community. A monthly 'pet privilege fee' of $25.00 is required per pet. It's a small fee for the privilege of having a loyal, loving companion, whose endless entertainment provides continuous fun. Pets are required to complete a pet application and acceptance process. Please contact the leasing center for details. Service animals are welcome. Please contact the Community Manager to request information on a service animal’s acceptance process. Breed restrictions apply. We do not accept: Afghan Hound, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Australian Shepherd, Basenji, Bloodhound, Bull Mastiff, Bulldog, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, Elkhound, Fila Brasilerio, Foxhound, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Husky, Malamute, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, or a Saluki breed. Exotic and poisonous pets are not allowed. We understand the allure of exotic animals, but we prefer to keep our furry (and non-furry) friends predictable and cuddly.
